Frustrated
I used the parts direct search to find the replacement shelves for my refrigerator. I even used the "will this fit" feature and it said that it would. But when they arrived they were not even close to the right ones and then had to pay return shipping. On the other hand when I called customer service to get help getting the correct one, they were extremely helpful. I won't try on my own aging Also ridiculously expensive for two shelves
