Good part but misleading delivery

This lid arrived in good condition and was very easy to install on our washer. I took a star away because the delivery time was absolutely horrible! The sears website listed the part to arrive within 1-2 weeks when we ordered it in NOVEMBER. I called Sears in Dec to ask where it was. They were "surprised" it hadn't arrived and said they would call their vender...it was backordered and should ship within 1-2 weeks. Called again in January, same story, "hmm let's call the vendor again." Of course Sears took our $ for the lid right away in Nov. We finally received the lid at the end of JANUARY. Seriously Sears! I am SO disappointed. You took our payment and could have cared less if/when we received the part. Your delivery time was misleading multiple times. We won't be using you again. Buyers beware!
