Sent me a part that was modified by someone
The plastic around one of the screw mount holes was snapped off and drilled out. I was able to use a hack saw on the old broken unit to cut out a piece of plastic that I could use to hole the unit in place. Other that this mod the part appears to be working as expected. Had to hit the small reset switch that cycles the ice tray once for it to start filling with water.

Snap to install
4 screws to remove the old one. One plug to undo. New one fit right in place. Plug and play, put the screws back, and tada I had a working ice maker again
