Weed Eater Debris Shield

I made a phone order to Sears customer support for a weed cutter debris shield. The agent assured me the attaching bracket would be included. When the shield arrived there was no attaching bracket. I called Sears Customer Support and they told me the bracket is not available from the manufacture and there is no estimated time to be in stock. This make the shield almost useless and required me to fabricate my own attaching bracket.
