Easy to install. Control Panel has short life
Toke 10 minutes to replace because I have experienced the need to replace the Control Panel about every two years. It is not designed to last. Poor quality. Quality of part is very poor and the part service is very good. Not sure what I am rating?

Kenmore, better than buying new.
My son-in-law installed this in about half an hour. I did not want to buy a new dishwasher as I had heard and read that some of them ran for 3 hours! How dumb is that. I was thrilled when I was able to just change out the control panel for $150 and had it installed for nothing. If I had to have had the repair man come just the service call was $94 then the labor was on top of that, so I would have then ordered a new one. Now I am so happy with how things turned out. My machine was a Kenmore.

This part is POORLY made. In the 10 years that I've owned this dishwasher, I've now replaced this panel 3 times. The rest of the appliance is fine, but this over-priced component appears to have been engineered to fail in a very predictive manner.
