Kenmore, better than buying new.
My son-in-law installed this in about half an hour. I did not want to buy a new dishwasher as I had heard and read that some of them ran for 3 hours! How dumb is that. I was thrilled when I was able to just change out the control panel for $150 and had it installed for nothing. If I had to have had the repair man come just the service call was $94 then the labor was on top of that, so I would have then ordered a new one. Now I am so happy with how things turned out. My machine was a Kenmore.

This part is POORLY made. In the 10 years that I've owned this dishwasher, I've now replaced this panel 3 times. The rest of the appliance is fine, but this over-priced component appears to have been engineered to fail in a very predictive manner.

Easy Fix for Problem
Some dishwasher lights weren't working and those that did work didn't sync with the cleaning action ("drying" lit up when washing, for instance). Internet sources suggested the control panel would be worth a first try; even though it's not cheap, it costs less than the control box. It was easy to install (took about 15 minutes) AND it did the trick.
