Return policy and lack of customer service

I ordered a part and then discovered that there were two identical parts, so I ordered the other identical part. Neither of the parts resolve the issue with my dishwasher. I requested to return both parts in one package so I don't have to pay $20 for shipping, $9.95 each. I think this is a rip off and I will never order another part from you! There is absolutely no reason that I cannot return both parts in one package for one shipping cost!
