Replacement was easy, shouldn't have been needed.
I had to replace the axle because the height selector handle (that's attached to it) snapped off - which I'm annoyed about since it seemed fairly obvious to me a long time ago that it wasn't designed thick enough to withstand the bending required to move it. Fortunately, the axle is about the easiest thing to replace ever: turn the lawnmower over (without a bunch of gas in it), pop the old axle off and put the new one in. Swap the wheels. Also, the website was pretty clear to me that I was ordering the correct part and it arrived on time.
