very simple installation

Since the old panel just fell out, it there wasn't anything to removing the old part. The outer door-skin must be removed to install the new panel. It's a little tricky putting it back together -- a second set of hands to hold the door together would be helpful. Don't toss the old panel until you have the new one. You'll need the buttons and the inner door handle.
