I was concerned that such a long fragile part would survive the delivery process in one piece. However, it was delivered well packaged and in perfect condition. Lots of YouTube videos show exactly how to remove the old part and install the new. Took me about 5 minutes to complete the repair. Only complaint is that I paid $20 for expedited delivery on Monday when I had free time to do the repair, yet it arrived 3 days later than promised. I could have used other vendors with free 2 day delivery and paid less in total cost.
