Unfortunately arrived damaged
There's a great user interface to find and order the replacement parts but unfortunately this one came damaged. One of the clips broke. I can now see the flaw in the part from the word go from the design.

Cleaned up error in shipping.
They had the right part, BUT the first shipment came with the wrong size in the right part. The follow-up call brought us to someone who actually cleared it up pretty rapidly, and we got the right one in short order. If everyone were as competent and on top of things as the clean-up person, this would be a 100% winner.
