Nightmare Ordering
It was a nightmare.Spoke to three people regarding my order. Returned part in crushed package as it arrived in. It was reordered and sent on 7-12, then email stated 7-14 it would be delivered. No way packages arrived Saturday 7-16. One was the original carton I sent back, but more crushed, just new tags over where old ones where ripped off and part was run over by what looked loke a car tire.. The other box was in good shape, but both had the wrong numbered part. After another call, I figured out that the part was a replacement for the original but no one had let the reps know. So four calls, two orders later part is on refrig. .
