The lid came with bumpers but not the latch. Had to re-use old latch. It is only a piece of plastic. You would think that for $57/58 plus shipping, Sears would have supplied a complete assemble. Pretty disappointed. Shipping charges on a second order for the latch are steep for something that weighs less than an ounce. No mercy.
