Just a screwdriver
2 minutes to get the vac's powermate attachment belt replaced. NOTHING else gets that fluffy cat's hair off the curtains! NOTHING!

Easy to install
I went to install the belt, but found that the plastic housing had a stress crack which was the root cause of the problem. When I researched the new part I needed, I found that it was no longer in production. I was able to fashion a fix on my own and install the new belt. Hoping this works for a while. Love the vacuum cleaner!! It's worked a lot of years!

Very easy to install!
2 screws is all. Take them out. Replace rubber belt, put it back together. Small phillips Drive is all you need. It works!

Easy to install
Took less than 5 minutes. Unscrew, remove top, remove beater bar, place belt, replace beater bar, replace top, screw to secure top--DONE!
