all maintenance should be this successful
Vacuum Exhaust Filter was required to make vacuum effective again. Perfect. The air flow makes it work great to properly vacuum with a HEPA bag.

Overpriced and Damaged
I recently discovered that I had been running my Kenmore canister vacuum cleaner for 10 years with the same HEPA exhaust filter that came in it. Even though I have always kept the other filter, located under the hood next to where the bag is installed, clean and regularly replaced, I had no idea there was another filter to maintain. I immediately went to Sears for a replacement filter to find that it was no longer being produced by the manufacturer. Frustrated and concerned, I called Sears to inquire about a replacement. thankfully they were able to recommend one and indeed, I purchased 2 of them at $17 per piece plus shipping. They both arrived damaged. I installed one and if works fine. I'll probably keep the other one but will not order again.

Horrible service! Wrong Part
We bought a brand new canister vacuum cleaner at Sears in Murfreesboro it was not cheap. And the store is no longer there. The part numbers in the manual book are incorrect they no longer exist 20- 52731 They are not on the parts replacement website either because they do exist or changed. And when I called customer service I get someone in other country that I can barely understand and gives me the wrong part number. I will now have to spend unnecessary time and money to return this and try to get the correct filter.
