Way overpriced
VERY OVERPRICED. The Whirlpool branded ones I used to buy from the local Sears store are still widely available and MUCH less expensive. I likely could have had a whole new RO system for this price. Between this huge overcharge for the filters and the parts difficulty with a microwave that was just out of warranty, I am not likely to purchase again soon, if ever, from Sears Parts Direct or the local store,

Pricey
The recommendation is that these filters be replaced twice a year about $300 and the RO filter once a year about $125. I have had this unit for about 10 years and will replace it this year with a different brand as the filters are very pricey, and I spoke with someone who tests a lot of filters and he said there isn't much difference in the water quality.

Filter 2-pack cover was broken
When I install a twin pack of filters I reorder a new pack. I am not sure the pack I received will be OK to install and function as required.
