For the most part it was easy to install
It over 2 hours to install, there was one missing hole for the burner holding plate. The holes to secure the top were in the wrong place. Made new holes

It will probably take half a year to get it
We ordered in November 2019 and received it in March 2020. When we called, the call center folks had absolutely no authority or control over the process. Even the first level supervisor had no influence or control over the process. I hate to see Sears out of business, but if this is the best they can do, then perhaps its for the better. Give your customer service folks access to accurate information. If you have to order a top from china and its gonna take a year to get here, then be hones with us and tell us that. Or swallow the customer service pill and offer to replace the defective stove when you don't have a a part. The customer has a functioning stove and you can sell the other one when the replacement stove top arrives the next year. Just very frustrated with the service. Sears is better than this.
