Shipped wrong part number twice

You shipped the wrong part number so I called customer service. She had me return the one I was shipped but then the same part number was sent to me again. I think perhaps the part number I ordered has been superseded in that the shelf is "almost the same as what I have that is broken. The difference is that the new part is missing rollers on the front part of the drawer guide. There are holes to mount rollers but no rollers were included with what I received. The problem is that the schematic of the shelf that I can view on your web site does not show rollers because they are located on the inside of the bottom of the shelf and there is probably no way to show that part of the shelf. What should have happened is that the part description should say that rollers are not included and need to be ordered separately. It's lousy that I didn't know that because the rollers are only $3+ but the shipping is $9 and delays my repair for a few more weeks. It would also be nice if the customer service person was more than just a administrative clerk and I could have had a conversation as to what was wrong. All she wanted to do was send a new part our (which was the same as the one I originally received)
