The Pad was impossible to remove

The pad was impossible to remove the pin that it is attached too. I put the job off until spring and would to know were I can get some instruction on removing the bar the pad is attached so that I can put the bar in a vise instead pulling everything apart to remove the bar that the brake is attached too. I am mechanically inclined and probably it out myself if I have too when it is s little warmer. It is good that the original Brake is just getting worn down and not of the snow blower.
