Half hour repair with Phillips head #2 and thin blade screwdriver. I left the unit in place to repair, and unplugged the power. It appears to have remedied the frequent uE Out of Balance error code. I read that the new PCB is set to allow more vibration. This saved me from a new washer unit. I leveled the feet and installed a basement pole jack underneath the floor, but still got uE codes until getting this $100 part.
