At the time of talking to the service dept., was told it was a sensor and they would ship the part we needed. The first package was a book about my freezer, just a book. Then two week later we got two little corner pieces for the freezer. Nothing to do with the senor and YES, it's still beeping. So I would really like the part I ordered.
