Easy to get parts to maintain tractor
Blow-up diagrams made part(s) relatively easy to order. Installation was not a problem. However, I received two large washers instead of one and see no way the washers resemble the smaller size shown in the diagram. I made one of my own to complete the job.

Incompetency at its finest
Save yourself the time, the headache, and most of all money. I walked the 'Service Technician' through the parts manual to identify the correct part. 'The second pulley from the left'. I verified with him that it was the second pulley from the left and he agreed. After our conversation, I did not have a warm and fuzzy. After receiving the confirmation email, I noticed the wrong part number and the wrong picture. So, I went to my own parts manual, called back and sure enough, he ordered the wrong one. He ordered the third pulley. If I had not corrected this order I would have been waiting over two weeks to get my mower fixed. How can you get the order wrong if the customer is telling you 'exactly' what part they need? All you have to do is count to two and know you Left from your Right.

The Pully Idler you shipped was NOT the one I ordered. I called back to Sears Parts Direct only to learn that the pully idler I need is discontinued and no longer in stock.
