Sent wrong belt
Customer service assured me it was the right part but it was not. Wanted a little over a week to receive in mail, sent it back and now waiting on refund.

Hard to install.
The Ground drive belt is buried way up inside the mower. Even after the deck is out it's relatively hard to get out. Further the manual supplied by craftsman does not accurately represent the parts that are in existence on the mower. So you have to be creative to figure out how to get this job done.Also, why does a belt cost $50?

Not so good
Ordered belts for my lawn tractor. Was told by the specialist that my mower had three belts and it turned out that it had two. Out of the three belts they sent only one fit. Had to re-order the right belt and return twice because the three belts were sent on two shipments. They only offer free shipping on the second other after my grass had grown 12 inches because of the delay and he thought that he was being very nice. Just not a good experience not to say how expensive the belts were.
