Perfect fit
This was an easy replacement to take care of, all I needed was a screwdriver to remove the old broken handle and place the new handle within a few minutes.

Freezer door handle
The part was good. I just wished that you would have included the screws. The ones my refrigerator had were a bit rusty and hard to get out but I did it so I guess I get 5 stars for labor.

Pricey But Easy to Install
Only 2 screws, so my 3 yr. old granddaughter could have taken off the old, cracked one and put the new one on. For a simple piece of plastic, it sure seems overpriced, though.

Good product...service provider needs some training
This is a simple freezer replacement handle....easy to replace and only the 2nd time I've had to replace since owning the unit...many years. My problem was that I ordered a black one, order confirmation showed pic of black one, text assured that it was black......when I got it...it was white. Had to go through the entire process again plus had to hire someone to carry return pkg to UPS dropoff point. The first and second handle was delivered by USPS but Sears wouldn't take the return pkg the same way. Also, having the whole home warranty did not help any with the price....still very high.

Right part, but a nickel and dime operation
This part was very easy to install, but I was very disappointed that for the rather expensive price that I paid, the two screws needed to install it couldn't be included. What's more, the screws must be purchased additionally and separately. That is, they are sold individually (for what I feel is a ridiculously exorbitant amount) rather than as a pair that might be expected for this installation. Unfortunately, this is the only game in town, but I think I'll do without next time..
