Good product...service provider needs some training
This is a simple freezer replacement handle....easy to replace and only the 2nd time I've had to replace since owning the unit...many years. My problem was that I ordered a black one, order confirmation showed pic of black one, text assured that it was black......when I got it...it was white. Had to go through the entire process again plus had to hire someone to carry return pkg to UPS dropoff point. The first and second handle was delivered by USPS but Sears wouldn't take the return pkg the same way. Also, having the whole home warranty did not help any with the price....still very high.

Perfect fit
This was an easy replacement to take care of, all I needed was a screwdriver to remove the old broken handle and place the new handle within a few minutes.

Easy to install
It was very easy to install and what just what I needed however the price was outrageous for a piece of plastic. If I didn't need it to sell my house I wouldn't have bought it . Just open by the side and save yourself money .

Right part, but a nickel and dime operation
This part was very easy to install, but I was very disappointed that for the rather expensive price that I paid, the two screws needed to install it couldn't be included. What's more, the screws must be purchased additionally and separately. That is, they are sold individually (for what I feel is a ridiculously exorbitant amount) rather than as a pair that might be expected for this installation. Unfortunately, this is the only game in town, but I think I'll do without next time..

Freezer door handle
The part was good. I just wished that you would have included the screws. The ones my refrigerator had were a bit rusty and hard to get out but I did it so I guess I get 5 stars for labor.

Was easy to install ...BUT PRICE HORRENDOUS!
If you can use a screwdriver you can install this handle. It took a total of 6-8 minutes to take off broken handle and replace with the new one. BUT, THE PRICE FOR THIS PLASTIC HANDLE (Nothing else) IS HORRENDOUS. 65.42 is more than price gouging! Add another 11.99 for shipping for a whopping total of 77.41! However, if you need/ want a replacement handle for an older refrigerator, you may be able to find it from Sears Parts Direct.

Unscrewed the old handle. Polished the rust off the old screws. Screwed on the new handle. Ta da.
