Great service via chat
Needed a new fuel line for an 10 year old gas blower. Went on line, searched the site, found the part and then "chatted" with technician who confirmed the right part and reminded me of need to replace spark plug and air filter. Ordered all, shipping was cheap and whole thing was simple and professionally handled.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
So difficult to install
I made sure with customer service that this was the right tubing for my craftsman weed wacker. The tubing size was correct, but the filter cannot be removed from the end of the tubing so I had to carefully and tediously try to push the tubing from the inside of the gas tank up and out the correct hole to connect to the motor. I used Kelly clamps to maneuver the tube and then a needle to gently pull the tube out enough so I could grab it and pull it up through the hole. After that it was simple to connect, but it wasn't easy like the Sears Parts Direct you tube video shows. Good luck!
