Extremely unimpressed
I couldn't use the part. Even after entering the brand name of product, model and serial numbers I received a part that doesn't fit. So needless to say I'm not happy with this experience. Now I'm waiting for a return label to get this back to you. As I wait without hot water and being inconvenienced tell me how you will compensate me for this. I have children in my home and we are going to neighbors homes to shower or I'm heating water in pots. No no this wasn't good for me. Part couldn't install as it was wrong part. It looked exactly the same but the plug in part didn't fit.

Perfect Part.
It turns out I fixed the old one and is working fine, but I'm keeping the new one for back up. The water heater over 10 years old I'm sure it'll break down again sometime again I'll be ready.

It was super simple to put in. The most time was taking apart the old one and draining the heater. It was just what we needed.

It took 1 hour, mostly to get the thermocouple nipple screwed in correctly. Otherwise straightforward assembly.

took 1/2hour to install had to wait for water to drain out then it was very dirrect and simple to finish the job works like a charm brand new
