Shipped wrong part
My order #C479314 came as the left side rail not the right side rail. This is the 3rd time this has happened. The left hand rail is packed in a right hand rail package and Sears will not fix this problem. The correct part is pictured on the website and below but that is not what is in the package. Explained this situation twice in my last chat with the Sears order entry person and still got the wrong part. This is extremely frustrating and unless Sears can send the correct part I will never do business with Sears again.

Terrible parts knowledge!
I have tried to order an LG refrigerator part 3 times. Each time I was shipped the wrong part. This was even after a very long chat prior to the last shipment explaining multiple times in my chat why they kept shipping the wrong part yet the identical wrong part was shipped for the 3rd time.

Wrong part sent two times.
Wasn't able to install the part. The part sent to me was not the part I needed. It was labeled as the correct part (right side of a pair) but i got 2 left sides. This was the second reorder I have had to do. Hopefully third time is a charm.
