Not receiving the part with other parts I ordered
The fuel cap was not included with the other items that I ordered. Since receiving the order, I have tried every day to get the gas cap, but only getting the run around. It should be easier to get this settled.

New gas cap leaks like the old one.
I bought this as a replacement for the original gas cap because the old one leaked fuel when turning the mower on its side to clean the debris from the inside of the mower body. This one does the same. I don't see a reason for the new one to leak. There is no damage to the top of the gas receptacle so I don't see any reason for it to leak. If anyone else has experienced this issue, I'd appreciate knowing how you resolved the issue. Thanks in advance for your input/insight.

Fit
The fuel tank cap looked exactly like the original . The cap fit was loose. Filled the tank up with gas and started mowing the yard. Gas was leaking from around the top of the cap. I put a second O ring on the cap and so far no leaks.
