Part had two stains on it as though it was being recycled and sold as new. One smudge appears to either be rust colored or dries blood. Not something you'd see if part came off production line into pkg.

very easy to install

It took less than 10 minutes to put in AFTER we got the correct part from sears. The part shown here was shipped the first time but it was for the freezer door not the refrigerator door as stated in the description. what made it worse the description stated that the part shown may not be as shown but it will be correct. I did return the part and sears did send the correct part that was shown for the freezer door. I don't feel that I should pay for the shipping of the wrong part. Sears told me that it was the suppliers fault. Thanks
