Sent the wrong gasket
The gasket I received was for a refrigerator with the same model number as the freezer that I have. When I go to the website to return they're just showing me stuff to buy, not to return. I need the correct part, can you please help??

Some difficulty to install.
Found it was easier to install gasket with door removed from freezer and laying it down on floor cause it seem to stretch and not fit while hanging with door on freezer.

Refrigerator door seal
The gasket looks right but the shipping was a joke no tape on the box product came wide open and the box was just folded over I'm surprised the box and door seal came together
