Incomplete
This did NOT come with fasteners to attach the unit. That was the reason it needed to be replaced; two of the original screws worked their way out, causing the unit to come off and fall apart. These are extremely difficult fasteners to locate; I've been to four different hardware stores and have NOT been able to find replacements. Bottom line is that I spent 50 bucks on a part I have not yet been able to attach.
