Frustrated
Ordered handles twice and paid for shipping twice but finally have correct handles. Now a part is missing that covers the screws. Why can't customer service get this right? Called today and they cannot find correct part that should have been included. Tired being transferred from person to person and still do not have what we needed in the first phone call and paid for shopping twice. You owe us an apology and and a phone call from someone that can actually help us and a refund!!
