Easy Installation
It was easy. Clear directions. One thing to know is that it might take a minute to fill the cartridge so it acts funny for a few seconds and then works perfectly. Remember to reset the filter status.

Easy to install
I install it fine. For the first time, I am not happy with condition of new filters. They arrived in a dirty condition, as thought they had been stored in a dirty closet for years.

Hard to communicate change in delivery date.
some difficult to change filters. in the far right corner of refrigerator and difficult to get a grip on the filter.

Packaging was Inferior
Your packaging techique was inferior for the method you chose to send the product to me. When received, the cardboard boxes were incredibly smashed, bent and torn. The mailing package was made of inferior bubble pack as well. Since these were ordered as backup for the last filter I had stored in the garage, I do not know if the interior of the filters (either one) were damaged or not. I won't know until I need to install one or the other filter a few months from now.

Installation marks not properly aligned.
It was difficult to install. It seems the installation marks are not properly aligned with the filter base. This is the first time it has happen, after many years of purchasing the same part. It also appears the package was incomplete. It had no calendar to be attached to the filter to know the replacement date. and in all honesty believed it was defective. However I managed to install the new filter. I am really very disappointed. I expected more from Sears!

Sent wrong filter
I have an older refrigerator, but provided all information including the previous part number I used. I called to exchange and they agreed to exchange but now I have to wait another 10 days for the correct one. Hope it is right.
