Item OK; everything else thumbs down.
I was satisfied with the filter, when at long last I actually received the correct size for my garden tractor. What I was NOT satisfied with was that I seem to have been charged twice for the item, first for the incorrect filter plus delivery, and then for the replacement, plus delivery. Not a good way to treat long-time, loyal customers, for sure.
