Part came broken
Very disappointed that the timer came in a box with NO packing protection around it, thus the timer could be tossed around while shipping and it came broken due to the lack of packing protection. The box had a hole in it where a part of the timer had broke through. Ordered a replacement and that one also had NO packing protection and box had hole. The timer had a broken piece also, but we were able to still use it. Very disappointed!!!!

Washer timer
If I hadn't had a retired Sears washer repairman as a next door neighbor I would have had trouble. There should be directions with new timer. You have to hold and pull shaft while you pull off nobs to get to screw and then slid timer to left and pull out. Easy when you know tricks.
