My new lawn mower parts!
I was having issues with my Craftsman lawn mower having hard starts, constantly stalling, and running like a frail piece of jello jiggling in the sun. It would constantly die and was not fun to mow with. Once the new parts came, I took off the old worn carburetor, fouled up spark plug, and chewed on coil then slapped on the new stuff! My beast of a lawn mower woke up from its depressed state of despair and now runs like a gorilla on steroids deadlifting cars!! These parts were a perfect fit and easy to install! It took about a week and a half for the parts to come, but once the parts came, they were raging in the box, ready to be thrown on. Now sometimes I sit on my mower in the garage while revving the engine just to hear this bad boy roar! The sound of excitement emits loud enough for all to hear! Thanks Sears Parts Direct!

2nd one worked
This is the 2nd carburetor, the first one was the wrong one for my tractor even though the man on the Sears phone told me to order that. I returned the 1st one but didnt get the right credit amount. The 2nd one works. I am.73 and believe i was taken advantage of. So i had to.pay for the shipping on both carbohydrators.

Should have come with the gaskets
This should have come with the gaskets needed, or the sales rep should have asked if we needed them. Now we have to order the gaskets

Over Promise; Under Deliver
Part was late. I had to call and get issue "escalated." That's code for "do your job." I paid Sears 4X the amount I could have gotten it anywhere else because I wanted 48 hr delivery. Late delivery was a major problem for me. No more business with Sears. Fool me once.....
