Works as advertised! Very easy to install, just make sure and disconnect unit from power source because prong will touch metal side where it clips to.

Its easy but a little tricky. The catch is on the right side and the lift side is grooved.

A little help.
Having to install 3 of these switches I would say it's very simple once you figure out how to remove the switch. Looking at it you don't know to remove from the back or front side of the panel. You remove it from the front side as the rear has elongated ends to fit in first. Once removed, unplug the wires, plug in the new switch and reinstall opposite the removal. (Back goes in first, front snaps right in.) It's too bad LG, that's who makes KENMORE, doesn't provide a quality door switch. Refridgerator is very good, not the door switch. Thank you.

Slow delivery but easy to install
The light switch simply plugs into the wiring harness and the switch snaps into place. My only complaint is I paid for rapid shipping and it took a week. I had to call and get my shipping charges back.
