So easy to install!
I delayed ordering the replacement hinges because I was worried the installation wouldn't go smoothly and I'd have to buy a new oven. Glad I was wrong! Such an easy installation. Parts came quickly as well. Now we don't have to use rubber bands to keep the door up!!! Thanks!

Shipping packaging
The part arrives fairly quickly but the packaging was very poor. The metal hinge is a bar and was in a plastic bag. When it arrived it was bent up. I did straighten it out. This part should have been boxed and packing material around it to keep it safe. Overall the part was what was ordered and easy to install.

Easy to install, once you know the secret
Replacing the hinge is simple. There were two screws allowed removal of the hinge covers - allowing removal of the door. Then six screws (IIRC) to remove the inside door panel. Then a screw to allow the hinge assembly to be rotated off. Once I got the hinge in place, and tried to reinstall the door, I discovered the new hinge stuck out higher than the original hinge. This prevented the door from sealing flush against the oven. A search of the reviews on this site revealed the wonderful insight from other reviewers (thank you!): there is a pin which secures the hinge for shipping. There is no instructions or note with the hinge to alert the installer that the pin must be removed. (this pin can be removed after assembly of the door). I used a flat blade screw driver to release the tension on the pin by rotating the hinge slightly. Then a needle nose pliers could remove the small pin which prevents the hinge from closing completely. Now the door fits properly.

Two door hinges needed
The part page failed to indicate that 2 of these hinges are needed for each oven door, so at first I ordered one and thus the repairman charged me for 2 visits.

Easy fix. Saved myself a service call.
All you need is a Phillips screwdriver and a flat surface to lay the door on. The one bit of information left out of instructions is that there is a small removable pin in the hinge to keep it from going into a fully closed position (otherwise you couldn't hang them into the frame). Once the door is back in, it only closes partially. Remove the pins and it closes fully.
