Followed diagram in manual ..no problem!
Check other pulleys not involved with new cable. One of ours had fallen off ..took me a while to realize the issue. Easy fix.

Exact replacement for the press cable.
The cable works well and is an exact replacement for the original, although how long it will last is unclear. My only gripe is the price. Because it's so long , a generic replacement cable , which would sell for a fraction of the price is unavailable. Ouch.

Exact part, delivered quickly
Sears Parts has consistently been very responsive and prices are generally as good or better than the competition. This cable was only available from a couple of other sources and Sears pricing was a whole lot better. They turned the order around in a few days, and delivery was just two days after that. I've used Sears Parts several times and will continue to do so whenever I need to repair something.
