The product i received was a completely different part than what I had ordered. If you don't have the right part in stock please just tell me and not make me wait for a wrong delivery

Retuns dont seem to go threw.
The purchase was fine, but I bought the wrong parts and I cant seem to get them returned. I keep getting a message say " we cant process your return right now try again later". I'm frustrated about this.

Simple installation
The replacement part was from the same manufacturer as the original so it was very simple to replace. I did refer to YouTube for advice on accessing the old timer.
