If I could give a zero, I would. Received replacement part (identical # on both) and the shaft and knob do not line up. The knob has to be in the 1/2 point between off and high to actually be off. Nothing came with for return. 60 + $ with tax and shipping. What a scam! The flat side of the "D" should be like the capital letter instead the flat side of the "D" is on the bottom when the red line is in the off position to the top. Should be in 9 position but is in t he 6 position which means when in the off position the red line indicates that it is in the 3 position of medium heat.

Quick and easy to pop into place. My kids tend to break these knobs for some reason (twice now), but at least I know they're easy to replace.

Great service and delivery
Ordered this new range knob from sears. Got it quick enough, and it is precisely the product I expected. Took about 12 seconds to install, so that's not a problem at all. The only issue I have is the cost, so expensive! But that's not Sears' problem. Also, why are the stems in this knob made of plastic for such an expensive appliance? Things shouldn't be breaking after only 12 months of light use. But that too isn't Sears's problem!
