Fits and works perfectly!

The OEM part fit and works exactly as it should. I find washing machines a little tricky to get open, only because I don't repair them regularly. So it took a bit to figure out the 'path' to access this part. Unplug the machine! Open door and remove the four screws, this allows the door to come off and frees the front panel. Gently pry the front panel forward and once free from the clips, near the top, lift from the 'fingers' holding it at the bottom. Remove the two top cover screws, they are under the front edge at either side. Remove the four soap dispenser screws. Prop up the top. Unplug the electrical connections, they are locked so a tab or similar must be depressed to release. Remove the two screws holding the the part. Two reassembly notes: There was a wire bundle, at least on my model, on the left side and it needs to be tucked in the channel of the top as the top is lowered into position, otherwise the wire holds the top up and out of place. Hook the door onto the front, now both hands are available to get the screws aligned/started.

Misleading "delivery date"

The part was fine but I was led to believe I would receive it in 2 days and it took 8. When trying to call Sears to get a status update I was frustratingly rerouted over and over from one robot to the next.
