Simple to install but'
Installation was simple: unscrew old controller, screw in new controller, transfer plug connections. Easy, about 30 minutes total. What they do not tell you though, is that you MUST also replace the control overlay. It is stuck on so tight that removing it makes the old one useless. Should be sold as a set.

Oven fix
Got part ordered with assistance from "Sears expert " one week later installed new part and there is no Overlay!! Oven cannot still be used, ordered new part after contacting Sears again.. Eating out a lot

Correct part
Someone opened the door with oven on to warm the room, a resister burned out on original board as a result. Double checked part number before ordering new. New installed in less than fifteen minutes. I would suggest getting the "face" piece that goes with it, as the old could tear easily when transferring it. Baked an apple pie while checking operation with new controller installed. Both: Ummm umm good!
