Right part, arrived on time
GE didn't have their own glass top in stock, but Sears did! The install scheduling was messed up, and when we got someone out, as nice and helpful as he was, he was install only, and we needed a service tech. After some engaging conversations, Sears refunded the install fee. I had to go back to GE to get a tech.
