Piece of cake to replace, didn't know to disconnect hoses from below, by removing back.luckily, the hoses had memory about which nipple each belong to. Very pleased with quick shipping!

Kenmore Elite Washer Parts no Longer Available

The package arrived in bad condition, but the part appeared intact. No wiring harness or instructions included in box. Online video helped me open the washer and remove old intake valve, but existing wire harness didn't connect to new part. I contacted Sears Parts Direct. Representative said it was not the correct part and the correct part was no longer available. I asked about ordering the wiring harness for the part that had been shipped. Rep said the harness was no longer available for that part. Obtained an RMA from Sears Parts Direct and ordered same part from a third party. It arrived today complete with wiring harness and I installed it in less than an hour. Washed a load of clothes and the washer works fine.
