Ordering snd shopping and install. What a mess
We ordered one part. We got two. I called and got a free return address label Thr first box we opened had a broken glass range. Thr second box we opened had an unbroken range. Now I have to call AGAIN and figure out what to do with the broken part. The range top was difficult to install also but we are done with it now. What a s

Not difficult - take your time
Pay attention to the uninstall and the reinstall is a piece of cake. Only way to make it a slight bit easier is to use new self tapping screws (not included) in the final step. also test to make sure that power plugs to burners are all back in place (makes sense once you are doing it) before you screw the new top on (final step). That way if one happened to come loose you don't have to remove 12 or so screws to clip it back in.
