The vacuum cleaner bag support for my Kenmore Elite Canister Vacuum was shipped quickly, but unfortunately it came without the two gaskets that are essential for the bag support to work: one on the front of the bag support and a thin gasket on the back. The picture online shows the rubber gasket on the front of the bag support, so logic would suggest that it and the thinner gasket on the back side would be attached. Neither gasket was included. Without the two gaskets, the vacuum cleaner won't work properly. The smaller, thinner gasket on the back of the bag support on my vacuum cleaner wore out, but when I searched for the gasket on different parts sites online, I couldn't find one. At that point, I assumed I had to just order the entire bag holder mechanism with the gaskets attached, as pictured on the Sears Parts Direct site. Not sure where to go from here.
