Wash machine springs.
I was able to replace all four springs from the top of the washer. Some videos said that it had to be done from the bottom to unhook the springs. Check before doing it that way. I went with the original sears springs to ensure quality. It works like new now.

Was able to do the install myself
Recommend taking off the top of washer completely before attempting replacement of suspension rods. Otherwise the lid assembly adds a lot of weight.

Fixed all of my issues
I wasn't sure this was the cause of my washer issues because my springs looked fine, but was worth the shot for the price instead of paying for a repair man. I had completely disassembled the entire washer while trying to find the issue but this would've been a very simple installation had I not done that. The springs are extremely tight and hard to pull up, I used the hook on the old Springs to pull the new springs into place and that worked like a dream. Parts delivered four days after the estimated delivery date which was inconvenient but overall I'm still very happy
