purchase of drip pans for Sears Kenmore gas stove
i ordered the part based on the advice of a customer service rep. when i put in my stove model # on the website to check and see if it would fit, the response was that it is NOT the right part. i told the rep this and she stated that i should ignore what the readout said and she assured me it was the right part. the part i purchased based on her assurance and recommendation did not fit at all. i will be returning it via UPS tomorrow.
