Incorrect part
This was the incorrect part. I requested the shelf for the other door (without the ice maker on it) I had to call 6 times to try to get this corrected. i was hung up on (not sure why) 2 of those 6 calls. I believe I finally got it resolved but calling you is insane.

Wrong part for my model number!!!
This was the wrong part for my fridge even though I put in my model number. So I'm not super excited to order again from them. This doesn't fit anywhere in my fridge.

Door basket

Parts direct is clueless.
Sears says the part is the same for the left and right doors but it is not. When you try to put it in the left door it is obvious it won't fit. They said the part was probably defective so they sent another. Exactly.Same. I give up.

Left door bin part is apparently not available.
In both the hard copy manual and online schematic, the left door bin is not shown, nor is the part number listed. Parts person at Sears said I'd have to call the manufacturer to ascertain the part number. I called, got a number from the company rep and called Sears parts back to order. The broken part actually as a number on it, which neither Sears or LG recognized. Anyway, ordered part, it arrived but is not the correct part. Probably no fixing this problem as I have no clue who to call that might be able to assist. The disparity in cost of the right bin ($9.21) and left bin ($36) is remarkable, and inexplicable. But I got the ol', "that's the way it is" routine from Sears Parts. The left bin is a mirror image of the right one. So this will remain a mystery, and I'll just glue the broken one to repair it, rather than expect to be able to purchase or get a new one under warranty.
