Washing machine water pump
The pump mount was not a perfect match with the mounting holes on the transmission. I had to drill the holes closer together. Once that was done, the pump has worked very well!

Easy fix
30 year old washer wouldn't drain; quick check on YouTube + testing convinced me that the prob was the pump. Easy replacement. First pump I received was faulty; the casting was broken. They quickly sent me another which was perfect. Kudos for service.

Open package- doesn't match pic
I ordered a drain pump for my washing machine. The OEM part picture online showed a blue base. The part I received was in a tore OPEN plastic bag and was grey. I paid for shipping to receive it and would have to pay shipping to return it. Highly disappointed in the product and quality.

Selling clamps without hoses.
I ordered a pump for my clothes washer but the email verification said dishwasher. I had to call to correct this. I ordered the pump ,hoses and clamps.I was told the hoses had been discontinued.I did receive the correct part.

Easy install and fits
That part fit and took like 20-30 minutes to install. Now my old wash machine is running like it a champ. Also, Sears had the best price I could find.
